It's central location within the resort. The large room size and cleanliness of the hotel/room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was clean with plenty of sun loungers and parasols.

The hotel was incredible value for money, with affordable prices for everything. The attention to detail was evident throughout the hotel, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the daily maid service and fresh towels. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to do. There was never any issue finding a sunbed, and there were plenty of shaded areas for those seeking some cover.

Everything was ok, nothing needed improvement.

Insecure aggressive staff!

I received a DOWNGRADE ON MY NONREFUNDABLE BOOKING! What a rip off! Received a studio with zero appliances instead of a pool view junior suite with full facilities. Receptionist was awful, room and cutlery were not clean, and every night between 5 and 6 am expect a loud fight at the door with one of the guests! Really low quality! And I'd love if Booked.net or rosamar have anything to reply!

A room with two beds and a spotless bathroom 😊. the staff here are really nice and they're always smiling. the place is in a good, quiet spot close to the airport.

Was clean spacious rooms most staff were friendly apart from the exception of a few miserable ones ie bar staff at pool

The room we were allocated had a door joining to another room which we were not told about before booking as if this had been the case we wouldn't have stayed there even though the door was locked you could hear every word the people in the next room said my mum and dad got stuck with the same kind of room and were really not happy with this so payed another 70 euro to upgrade to a studio and this was poor, as was no kettle or anything so for the price was not worth it. If another room had been free I would have also moved but not to a studio waste of money. So for privacy and security reasons was not impressed with this. Also the food choice was very poor and my husband frequently had upset stomache from the hotel food which wasn't good considering we were all inclusive my parents also had a day or two with upset stomaches and I hardly ate anything by the end as was fed up with same things all in all I have had cheaper holidays and way better hotels and would not stay there again or recomend it

Nice hotel for money.

Location slightly further outside San An than would have preferred, view spoiled by construction work across road although no noise and hotel trying to take £150 deposit per room.

The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the San Antonio bay strip and the water taxi to town, making it convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, guests have the option to visit Calla Bassa and receive free beach towels, providing a hassle-free beach experience.

Some staff members were consistently rude and abrupt during the stay.

The breakfast here catered to all tastes, the staff were very polite, the location was perfect for exploring the area, and being by the sea was a bonus.

Inclusive breakfast with plenty of outstanding food. Good sized room.
